Women’s Hair Loss Treatments With Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead

At Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead, hair restoration for women is something we take very seriously. As a woman your hair should add to your confidence, and any issues jeopardizing that can cause unwelcome stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, hair loss and thinning are not just conditions that men deal with, many women suffer from similar conditions. There are five main causes of hair loss and thinning in women:

● Hereditary- This is called female-pattern hair loss (FPHL), and typically accelerates during menopause.

● Hair Style- Wearing a tight ponytail, bun, braids, or any other updo can pull on the hair, weakening and breaking the hair follicle.

● Stress or Shock- Stress and shock to the body from weight loss, surgery, illness, birth, and any other general stress women deal with can cause the hair to thin or fall out.

● Medicinal- Certain medications and treatments have extreme effects on hair.

● Medical Conditions- Alopecia areata is a condition that causes patchy bald spots in the hair, and is just one of many conditions contributing to hair loss in women.

Thankfully, Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead provides a scientifically supported approach to women's hair loss and thinning that not only promotes hair growth, but repairs the damaged tissue around the hair follicle. Platelet-rich Protein (PRP) therapy is a revolutionary approach to the menace of hair loss and thinning. Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead is pioneering a way forward for the women of Georgia to gain back their confidence and focus on what is truly important to us as women.

The Benefits of PRP Treatment for Women’s Hair Loss

Platelet-rich protein therapy involves new cutting edge approaches to hair loss. Upon arrival, your blood will be taken by a trained medical professional. We take a small sample of your blood and put it into a centrifuge, where the platelets are then carefully extracted.

The PRP therapy works to combat hair loss by using the richest parts of your own blood. Blood itself has four main components: red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and plasma, which is the fluid that holds the components together. Platelets, which are formed in bone marrow, are the body’s tool for blood clotting. They also release substances that promote healing and repair. PRP therapy produces five times the amount of platelets than that of blood alone.

There are many benefits to this treatment, including:

● Non-invasive hair restoration

● PRP therapy results are natural looking

● Customizable to fit your needs

● Convenient and with no down time

At Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead, our medical aesthetics team is warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about helping you revive the hair of your youth with our hair restoration services in Atlanta.

Extracting the body’s platelets to repair and rejuvenate the hair follicle, which is located deep in the dermal tissue, is a revolutionary medical procedure that we at Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead are honored to offer our community. Call today to embark on your road to rejuvenation and turn your hair loss into hair gain.

Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N)

Therapy for Hair Loss In Women

When combating women’s hair loss, having options is critical. As women we have created lifestyles full of options to conform to our schedules and different stages in life. Here at Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead, we also have options for eradicating hair loss and thinning. Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) therapy is an exciting and promising new approach to hair loss restoration. The therapy is entrenched in science, and having an understanding of the cell and its parts. Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) are a part of the cell that is responsible for communication with other cells. This is done by theUmbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) sending signals to the other cells, giving them messages called cell-to-cell communication.

When the Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) are injected in the scalp, it is done so in the lower segment of the hair follicle where the scalp stem cells are located. Doing this ensures that the Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) will communicate with these cells that are damaged or dormant, and rejuvenate and restore them. This connectivity aids in hair follicles converting to a growth phase and keeping the cycle stable for longer while the hair strands become thicker and healthier.

At Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead, we strive to give the best and most innovative services to our clients. We are proud to offer these cutting edge services to you. Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) therapy is a viable option for women who have had hair restoration treatment in the past and are now noticing the treated hair thinning. Expectations & Results of Our Treatments for Women’s Hair Loss

Both therapies offered by Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead take some time to begin to change the hair enough to be noticeable. However, these changes are changing at the literal root of the cause, and reinventing the hair follicle. PRP therapy for women’s hair loss will need an initial sequence of treatments, followed by regular maintenance to ensure the effectiveness of the therapy.

The PRP injections are recommended to begin with a sequence of generally four treatments, each about 6 to 8 weeks apart from one another. Once the recommended amount of initial treatments and frequency have been met, maintenance injections are recommended every three to six months. Results are typically seen in three to four months, depending on the client and the degree of hair loss. Do not shampoo for at least 48 hours after treatment. The area may be a bit tender, but that can be treated with a non aspirin over the counter pain medication. However, it is recommended that you refrain from coloring your hair for at least a week after the therapy.

Both PRP and Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) therapy are great options for women who need to promote growth within a follicle. When hair follicles are damaged and weakened, both therapies can treat and restore the hair follicle. Each client's individual hair loss, medical history, and hair restoration goals will be carefully assessed by Dr. Beata Grochowska, MD to determine whether PRP and/or Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) hair restoration treatment is right for you.

After one session of Umbilical Cord Tissue Mesenchymal Stem Cell Nanoparticles (UCTMSC-N) therapy, results can be seen in as little as two to three months. This depends on the client and the condition of the hair, and most clients see noticeable results in six months. There is no down time and no restrictions, other than the avoidance of any NSAIDS for at least three weeks, as they can weaken the effects of the therapy.

Both therapies offer a way to take back control of your life and live in confidence again. At Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead, we strive to give that confidence back to the women of our community. All of the women in this close knit community deserve to feel as important as they are in our own lives. Call today so that Regenerative MedSpa of Buckhead can help you be the most confident woman you can be!
